I have registered a complaint on 3rd August with complaint id - 346470 that earbuds is defective, not pairing properly and battery is draining out heavily. The team picked it up that day and it was with the testing team the next day, they told they would check and if possible refund or replacement would be given, but after multiple calls to customer care fake promises are done on the name of policies and procedures. They are not even connecting to senior team members and not replying to my mail to their grievance redressal - [protected]@nexxbase.com which i doubt if that is the grievance redressal mail they have provided.. Please check and help in this regard. My product is with them and i paid 1899 rupees and still facing issues
