Gonoise.com — noise shots x earbuds not working

I have bought noise shots x earbuds from noise official website which is delivered to me on 30/09/2019.
The same is not working, there is some connectivity issue. It is not get connected to any device. I continuously mail to noise and i provide pictures of invoice copy, serial number and product also, but they are not replying in response of that trail mail. Even nobody is ready to pick my call on your customer care no.

And let me know what should i do.

Updated by Nehal18 They mailed me on 07/10/2019 to pick the product in 3-4 working days, but nobody comes to pick this up yet.
