Gonoise.com — noise tune elite bluetooth headphones not working no response from customer care

I have purchased noise tune elite bluetooth headphones on 15 october 2019
After few days left ear speaker stop working
I have called customer care no many times but no one pickup or its always busy
I have mailed them all the product issue n submit invoice, product snapshots and the required information in brief
Still there is no response from noise team
Very bad service experience from noise
Please resolve my issue or refund my money
