I had bought noise x1 air treu wireless heasdphones.. I had delivered the item day before yesterday.. I found out a problem of the sterio set up.. The controls of the headphones are not prescribed as per the manual.. And i find difficult to use the same.. I request you for the return and replacement of the item... My order id is 388737. I wish to say that the product is damaged.. It is not working according to the manual and i find difficult to use the product as per the manual... Every controls are juzt the opposit od the two sides... I request you for a replacemnent policy or the refund of the amount qhich i have paid.

The right noise shot is not working kindly i need the refund.

while i tried to pair with the shot the left one only gets paired but the activity like pause, play were working while tapping on the right side and the audio doesnt play on the right
