Gonoise.com — paid amount but didn't received any confirmation and product

Hey as I ordered product on go noise smartwatch when I paid amout from my bank account they didn't even sent confirmation and then I mail them they even not responding now and they also not picking up my call
I want my money back as soon as possible
And plz do help me as I'm not able to contact them because they are not even pickup calls and not replying on my mails
