Gonoise.com — Product covered under warranty is not being supported

Date of Purchase : 17th May 2021.
Seller Plat form : CRED.

I purchased the orduct on 17th May 2021 Order ID : 055393Z12ELW and I was very happy to use them during my Cycling as it keeps me Motivated.

However, on 10th July 2021, one of the ear bud has stopped responding and it doesn't seems to be charging as well. I have raised the concerned with GONoise Team however there is no support from team due to lack of INvoice. I have shared them CRED Order ID which I received during Purchase that can help to track the order. However there are no adequate responses from Team.
