I have purchased the product on 4th july, received on 7th july. Right earbud was not working. So i raised the complaint on the noise website.
They told be that they will give me a call back within 48 hours, call was not received. Then they again contacted me that call will come by 24 hours but it was not received. Its already 22 july. No appropriate response have been yet received.
They don't even update me regarding the status of the complaint. I have to call them back again & again to know the status. There main team is unreachable as they don't even provide me with the contact details or email id of managers.
