I had ordered for a noise fit fusion on feb 10th 2021, i received the order in a few days but it had defects so i raised a complaint! They took 3 days to respond and make me go through all trouble shooting steps but none of them worked so they arranged a pick up and replacement. After 10 days i received a replacement which didnt even pair with my device. I raised another complain and this time i told the executive and the manager that either test and send me a proper product or just refund the amount, they did the same thing and after 10-12 days, today on 21st march 2021 i received my second replacement which is also not pairing with my phone, its been 40 days since i’ve paid the money and i didnt get to wear the watch once! Horrible experience, never going to purchase anything else nor am i gonna recommend anyone to buy from this disgusting company! I need a refund, please take your product back i cannot go through anymore harassment! Was this information helpful? |
