You are claiming that my earbud is physically damaged but I have handover my earbuds to your courier partner And He had also assured that my earbuds is not damage physically...

So, please Replace my earbuds I am not gonna give you any payment of 559 rupee. If my earbuds is now physically damage Then this is your mistake only or your courier partner..
And also customer care says that your warranty has been expired but I have attached invoice of my product
