Gonoise.com — Wireless headphone dead

Dear Team,

I have raised my compliment regarding headphone issue on 5th of may 2022 and after that noise team has picked up my product and they have received product on 9th of may. And after that they had put my product in testing mode and they identified product is dead and after that they decided to send me the new product but still I have not received any update regarding that. I received call 2 to 3 times for product color and I was agreed on any of the color you can send and they have stated that they will proceed shortly. But still I am waiting for the despatch mail.
