Gonoise.com — wrong product received

I ordered a noise combo (smartwatch and earbuds) but unfortunately, I received the wrong which includes a digital watch and wired earphones(of any random local brand) with order no. : 206250. For this matter, I had registered to complain about your website but I didn’t get any response in regard to my order. Therefore I registered another complaint in the consumer complaint court with docket/complaint number: 1774725.
