I have purchased x3 bass shot ear bud and the left year bud is not working and i mailed to them regards this and i am calling to coustomercare since morning and there call are not getting connected and they don't care to reply the mails as well is this the way you treat coustomer when we pay you the money and it's my mistake to choose you and now it's your responsibility to refund or replace the product.
