Gonoise — ear bud-noise shots x5 charge not working and customer service is unresponsive

I bought x5 charge on 4th oct 2019 and it was working fine. But after few days left ear bud stopped working, i charged it also but it's not working and red light is also not blinking. After using troubleshooting steps, they asked me to send pictures of earbuds and i shared the same to them. After that i got reply to courier the earbuds so that we can replace it/repair it. I also book the complain on facebook and ask for call back where i get call from one of there executive and ask about the buying details and warranty and she committed that issue will be resolved and we will send you replacement within three days.

I courier my earbuds on 8th nov 19 and it got delivered on 9th nov 19 but they are not able to track it. I even send proof of delivery where there is stamp and signature of the nexxbase marketing. There is no proper response from gonoise and customer care number is useless as no one will attend your call. 11 days has passed still there is no acknowledgement of courier received or not. Every day i ask them and every day i received below automated mail which actually of no use because it doesn't clear anything.

I am regretting buying this product and i am helpless because not getting any reply from the gonoise. Please help in resolving the issue and request to please provide the refund/replacement of product. Enclosing the proof of delivery for reference.

ISSUE

The touch of the watch isn't responding and at times it keeps operating on itself. I believe there is a issue with the display.
Looking for a positive reply at earliest.
Noise X3 purchase date 14 oct-19, order no OD[protected], shots charging case not working & also shots some time mobile connecting or some time not connecting with mobile.
