Hello,
Actually i was using my noise shot x buds. While using the left earbud stop its its wor with making some noises. I reconnect with my phone, still it is not working. Also i got the product with some dust inside. I think its an product which is used by someone else. Also the case has some sticky on its body. The two buds have some paring issues satrtingly. So please need a replacement or refunding.

I have Noise shots X1 air i bought this in the first week of september around 15 days back and i have kept them safely and the product is not even dropped once but then also i am facing pairing issue. I am expecting from you some help please do something.

It is not working ...the right ear bud has coming low sound compare to right one...

My nosie shots x5 right earbud is not working. My product is in warranty period
I have already sent for reverse pickup for my product but it I'd too late 1 week have passed no one taking my call on customer no and no one replying my mail.
