Good Luck Consultant — Not giving payment after completion of project

Respected Sir/Madm,

I am Minakshi More recently I got a message from company named Good Luck Consultant, executive named Mr. Samar Chopra (Contact No:[protected]) dated 30th June'20 mentioning that : "Dont pay for this job, Home Based Job". I called him to inquire regarding this job, he didnt picked up so as mentioned in message i whatsapp him, he replied saying "Send your email Id", so i further shared my email id. I received details in email mentioning: "WORK FROM HOME

I asked him for his Company details, he shared Company Pan card with me, as i need to confirm whether its fake or real.He shared his companies Pan Card with me.

I further choosed the project of Form Filling (Details to be filled in PDF as per companys data which he will share). I argued with him that in message it was written that Dont pay for job and now asking for Processing fees, he said its refundable when you submit your first project.
I further made a payment through Google Pay (Google Pay No:[protected]) amounted Rs. 650/- and choosen weekly payment option.

He shared the data, and i further started working on the same dated 02nd July'20 and submitted the project on the same day (30 forms). On 03rd July'20 i received a confirmation email (email id:[protected]@gmail.com) mentioned that " Received your email".After that i started doing followup with Samar (Executive) for payment on whatsapp, as he was not responding to calls.

On 07th July Samar (Executive) responded that I need to submit 10 forms of each candidate, he didnt given any information regarding this that he need 10 forms of each candidate. So i further worked on the same and resubmitted the project (300 forms-20/- Rs per form) on same day.

I further infomed him via whatsapp that i had resubmitted the project as required. After that i received message on whatsapp mentioning that "Your project has been submitted. Quality Report soft copy will be shared along with your salary. Deposit Quality checking charges Rs.850/- is compulsory which will be refunded along with your salary. Again i argued with him that, in job posting message you mentioned that Dont pay for job and you are taking Processing fees and Checking fees. He said its refundable with your salary after submitting first project. I further made a payment through Google Pay, on the same Google Pay no. which has been mentioned above amounted Rs. 850/- dated 07th July'20.He said you will get payment after 24hrs after making payment of checking charges .

After that i started doing followup for the payment, he was not responding to calls, and on whatsapp he replied on 9th July'20 that " Wait till evening 7 pm", i waited but not received payment, so i started calling him, he didnt picked up the call. I continously started doing followup with him, again he replied on whatsapp dated 11th July'20 mentioning that "Wait till 5pm", waited but not received payment on that day also. On 13th July'20 also he replied on whatsapp that "wait till eveving 7", no update on payment. I was fed up of this replies, as he was not also replying to calls, so i started messaging him on whatsapp for followup of payment. Evening at 07.23pm he replied that "Wait till tomorrow only till 5pm" (i.e on 14th July'20). I waited but not received payment against my work.

I received message of him dated 14th July'20 at 11.00am stating that

" We were working for which company, there is some financial issues due to covid so they can release salaries in the month of August.
But we have decided to refund your money
You will get your refund within month of July
Sorry for inconvenience
You need not to contact us again.

Refund will be transferred to your account automatically in the month of July"

I am really shocked that after completing projects, these kind of companies doesnt pay us for the work and for ignoring the payment they do this kind of frauds.

Request you to please help me, as in email it was mentioned that its a government registered company and this kind of fraud is been done.
