Goodafford — purchased item online but not delivered

Dear Sir,

On 2nd April 2019 i had purchased two Solar LED Light (with Motion Sensor) at a price of 598 Rs. with an order id# 44881 at goodafford website where the delivery has not done and the status is being showing as currently Awaiting Shipment.

After that i have tried to contact them where they have provided and email ID: [protected]@goodafford.com but the status is not updated after contacting them for several times through provided email id.

Kindly request you to look in to the matter and do justice in this regard.

I ordered two number solar sensor light LED through paying Paytm Rs 598 to Good Afford. Com and 41928 is the confirmation number on 31st March 2019.Still no delivery confirmation from them. They started new company from Delhi and started advertising.
