Hello Team
Complaint Number E[protected] was attended to by the Goodyear team on the 18th of July
The defective car tyres were assessed as warrantable and to be replaced
However, I have been waiting for the replacement tyres since
The dealer states that he is yet to receive the replacement from Goodyear
Following up with the Goodyear Customer Service on this has not helped
Kindly assist on priority
