Google India / Tez — amount deducted but bill not paid.

Dear sir,

I paid bill of my airtel dongle number [protected] on 9th february 2019 through google pay account number [protected], receipt attached for your reference but still today its not paid to airtel.
Still now i am waiting for approval from operator.
And status shows successful at the google pay.
Please do the needful so that i can use my dongle smoothly.
I will be highly obliged to you.
