Google India / Tez — amount deducted but money not received to beneficiary | |||||
I have made one transaction on 14 nov of rs.30000 to my friend prakash kumar patra through google pay which showed successful but he did not receive the amount. On logging a complaint and providing all the required documents they told my that i have entered the wrong account no but the correct isfc code due to which it has failed. Now the question is if both account no and isfc both do not match each other how the transaction happened and they failed to tell me that to which account the amount has been credited. If the same account no does not lie under the mentioned isfc coded branch where did the money go. If you people donot have any control over the bank transactions and you can not tell the money flow then please dont harass us please give me a refund of my hard earned money. All the transaction details are attached. I am so angry right now you [censored]s took 33.60$ dollars cut from my account this is the worst site ever i want my money back . I never did any transactions but this says that my bank account is at -33.60$ all are Google young joy transactions at 12/04/2018 at lake mary.

I did a transaction of 7000 inr on 25 november by which money was debited from my sbi account and didn't reached the receiver. I waited for 3 days but money not sent to the reviewer. So in the Google pay I activate the "raise the dispute" I want my fund back as soon as possible
