Google India / Tez — amount deducted for a failed transaction but not refunded back | |||
I booked a ticket with redbus for a long distance with google Pay/Tez after entering UPI it said some error, hence ticket not generated. So booked again directly with bank ticket generated but for my failed transaction i didnt get the amount back. When i asked bank it is asking me to ask third party app since it is not banker app, when i ask Redbus they are saying they have received only one time payment, when i asked Google pay they said they are investigating HERE The problem is they are investigating from more than a month. Google pay not responding to mails, when ever i call they are saying investigating. Deducted my money with in seconds but for refunding the same it takes Months, this is second month Ending.
