Google India / Tez — complaint number[protected] | |||
On 7th jan 2019 i send rs.5000.00 to my mummy's account. From icici to sbi via my googlepay. The money got debited from my account but not credited to my mom's account. I checked with sbi and they confirmed that it is not their fault. Google did not initiated the payemtn so sbi not received it. However the money is deducted from my account. I raised this with google over phone, email. Innitially, i got the response but later on neither anybody replying my email nor the call is getting responded. I have mentioned the google pay complaint number in subject. If someone could help me in this would be much appreciated. Regards, Shailendra Was this information helpful? | |||
