Google India / Tez — debited amount not credited in my account.
On 23.04.19, i did my jio recharge for rs. 399/- on tez. Google app for mobile recharging.
But, i contacted the jio customer care service, then the jio replied that your recharge was not carried out and instead the payment status as "declined".
The debit details are ; upim debit 06700450" dated 23.04.19, amount of rs 399.
After several attempts, the amount was not yet credited in my account, sir.
Kindly do the needful, sir.
