Google India / Tez — Google India / Tez transaction failed and money debited from bank | |
1) i made a transaction from google pay on 01/07/2020 at 08:21pm of rs.199 from my google pay (Tez). The upi transaction id for transaction is cicagkcpj9mvqq and upi transaction i'd is[protected]. Transaction was failed and my amount was deducted from bank. I raise complaint in google pay customer support that case id is [[protected]] but still i didn't get my refund. 2) today[protected] i again chat with google pay customer agent (Transaction failed on[protected] and today is[protected] now they ensure me for wait till tuesday[protected]. *all screenshots are attached* *refund still pending* Was this information helpful? | |
