Google India / Tez — google pay transaction failed but money debited

I had made a transaction of rupees 6200 from my pnb bank account using google pay (Upi transaction id[protected] on monday 1st of april 2017. The transaction failed but the money was debited. It's been 5 days since the transaction but i haven't received my money back. I had also called the google pay costomer care where they assured me i will get the refund within 3 working day which i haven't till now, now they are saying me to wait for more 7 days. I send the money to other bank but not received the money till yet after 3 working days. And the amount is already debited from my account. Please tell me how much time it will take to successful the Processing.
