I am going to add money to Rummy Circle through this Times of money but amount is debited in my account but it is not credited to Rummy Circle and Money is not return to my account ..Please return my money back

          I made online transaction through online SBI banking to Nike.
          The transaction was completed and money was deducted from my account. I paid 11, 635 rupees only.
          But the order was not placed and Nike did not received the money.
          The money was successfully transferred to Times of money limited, but the money was not refunded after failed transfer of funds to Nike.

            I made an online transaction through SBI Net Banking to NIke.
            The transaction was completed and money was deducted from my SBI Account. But the order was not placed and Nike did not receive the money in their Bank Account.               But the order was not placed and Nike did not received the money.

                  This is with respect to a transaction I made in the Nike app through net banking where I completed the transaction and the sbi page said it was a success but as I was redirected to the Nike app they did not acknowledge the transaction, further Nike does not have any details of it also. The money was successfully transferred to Times of Money Ltd. No refund has been processed as of[protected].

                  This transaction was done on 02/02/2023 for an amount of ₹5745.00.

                              It is absolutely wrong. I did not get my money back till now.
