Refer to the bescom transaction attempted on nov-5 from my gpay account (Kumar. [protected]@gmail.com) for an amount of 1312. You have indicated that transaction has failed. (Gpay txn id - cicagkdc8o3jqw) i note that the money is still not refunded to my bank account. Ask your help asap. Further, it appears your customer care is no longer reachable?
