Google India / Tez — gpay transaction failure, money deducted from account - 10 days, no refund yet? | |||
Refer to the bescom transaction attempted on nov-5 from my gpay account (Kumar. [protected]@gmail.com) for an amount of 1312. You have indicated that transaction has failed. (Gpay txn id - cicagkdc8o3jqw) i note that the money is still not refunded to my bank account. Ask your help asap. Further, it appears your customer care is no longer reachable? Repeated attempts to call, just gets some music and never gets connected to your call centre. Why? Was this information helpful? | |||
