Google India / Tez — I pay my electricity bill but it is failed and I did not receive money back | |
I pay my electricity bill payment on 6 february at 9:25 am but payment not process and again i try to pay on same day at 10:37 am but my both payment is failed and i wait for my money for a week but i did not receive it my actual payment amount is 1844.31 but it is deducted 2 times so 3688.62 is deducted from my bank of baroda account and it is not refund yet so i kindly request you to look in the matter because it is more than a week i wait for my money then i dispute payment but it is not working so i written complain plz kindly look in the matter and resolve it soon.
