I have done the payment for recharging my Jio phone number through Google Pay UPI. Rs. 349 money got deducted but recharge was not done. Could you please look into the issue and refund my money. I m recharge Airtel mobile number [protected] on 30/03/19 at 11.05hr amount 448/ TID[protected], but recharge failed payment debited from my account and my refund is pending from 80days.
