Google India / Tez — money deducted from account but not credited to receiver's account | |||
My name is Suresh Parmar and my Tez/Google pay Account ID is [protected]@okaxis. I transferred amount of Rs 1000 to Mr Jagdish Ayar Account ID. [protected]@okhdfcbank but the amount still has been in the process from 8/2/2019. In Tez/Google pay they are showing that it will credited to reciever's account within 3-5 working day but still it in the process so it is my humble request to you please do the needful. I have recharged my mobile with rs 169 my recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account. I have raised dispute for but i didn't get any response. In last month I have recharged my mobile now 1 month left still refund is not getting to me. It's very late process, please take some action and refund my money.
