Google India / Tez — money got debited from my account twice but it did not credit to icici merchant | |||
I have done google pay transaction to a super market through Scan QR Code for 104 rupees twice on jan 3 2019 at 9.35 PM and 9.36 PM . Total 208 rupees got deducted from my account . The app is showing the status as Paid but the beneficiary has not received any amount. Google transaction IDs are CICAgKDi_YKNLQ and CICAgKDi_aKbYw. Its been 25 days I am following up. But I did not receive my money back to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very bad razorpay customer service not responsible
I made a transaction through Google pay on 07/01/2019, amount debited from my account but not credited in receiver account, I dropped a complaint in customer support of Google pay but no response from Google pay authority's transaction id. No :[protected]
