[Resolved] Google India / Tez — money not received by the recipient account through tez, sender's account has been debited. | |||
I initiated a transaction with UPI Transaction ID:[protected] and Google Transaction ID: CICAgKD89IqUVA. The amount has been deducted from the sender's account but not received by the recipient. The TEZ application show that the Payment has been started but waiting for the partner bank to process the same. Sender's bank account amount has been deducted with the same transaction ID[protected]. I tried to raise a BBPS dispute request but that service is not available Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 10, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Raised a dispute through the TEZ app itself and in a couple of days it got resolved. I was notified with a notification from TEZ. Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
