Google India / Tez — not refunding my money | |
I would like to share my problem which i am facing from 1st august 2019. I did one recharge of tata sky from my google account (Upi id - munjal. [protected]@oksbi) but unfortunately with some reasons from google pay amount got debited from my account no. ([protected]) but recharge was not successful. My upi transaction id of that recharge is[protected]. From the day one they are just making me fool. First they said you have to wait for 7 working days. Then they said we have accelerated to our billing desk department they will contact with you. Then i got mail on 16th august that you have to wait for 7 working days. Then again i got mail on 22nd august that you have to wait for 7 working days more. Then they contacted with me on 5th september that we credited the amount, if you have not received then please share your bank statement. Then i shared it on the same day. Then on 6th september i received mail that you have to wait for 7 more days. Then they again contacted me on 18th september that if you still have not received money then please again share bank statement upto till date. Again as per demand i shared and they told me to wait for next 7 working days, and now it's 30th september, and still i am waiting for my money. I booked ticket through Google pay..on 25sep money got deducted bt no ticket..here in gpay it's showing successful..bt I got no ticket
