Google India / Tez — payment still in dispute even after 3 months | |
I have send an amount of rs 501 to my friend's bank account through google pay app. Till then they are saying that the payment is processing and after some days it's showing that the payment is in dispute. The money is not arrived at my friend's bank account nor returned to mine. I have contacted them by sending feedback attaching necessary screenshots of the proof. Now it's about three months and they are saying the payment is failed. I never knew of this complaint cell until recently my friend recommended it, so i tried to raise a complaint against google pay. Please kindly resolve my complaint.

On 7th may 2019, I made a transaction of Rs 900 but the receiptant not received any money & transaction shows processing for partner bank, money also not refunded to my account still now.please help me to solve this issue.

I have transferred money to kredit bee through Google pay
