Google India / Tez — recharge jio number through google pay but not received

I have done recharge my jio number [protected] through google pay, amount also deducted from my bank account but still i am waiting for my recharge, i have send feedback to google pay through their app but still didnt received any feedback. Now i have done my recharge through google app, please refund my amount to my bank account,

I have done the transaction over Google pay the amount got deducted from bank but did not received by receipent. Please find screenshot for more reference.
Status on Google pay is 'amount is credited in receipent bank' but receipent says she didn't receive it.
