Google India / Tez — regarding amount deducted from tez account number, but money not transferred

Dear team,

I transferred money to name: manjunath, account# [protected], ifsc code:bkid0008951, bank of india amount of 2000 rs and the upi transation id: ciccagkccjtpwnq on 8th october 2018, 7:45 pm using google application tez..

However, money is deducted from my bank account but the recipient not received the amount. It shows payment processing by partner bank and money deposited in receipeient bank with in 3-5 business day. It has been 16 days either he received the amount or money got credited to my account. Please look in to the issue and resolve the matter urgently.
