Google India / Tez — rs 6500 debited from my sbi bank account but not received by the recipient. | |||
On 13th march 2020, i transferred an amount of rs 6500 through my google pay account to another google pay account. The money was debited from my sbi account but the recipient did not receive the money. It's been 15 days and the payment status of my amount is still shown to be as "processing" in my google pay. I raised the dispute with google pay and there are no responses. Google pay mentions that it would take 3-5 business days to get money deposited in the recipient's account but it is been 15 days and the status of the payment is still shown to be in the processing mode.
