Google India / Tez — trangration under process | |||
Hi Sir, on 13th June 2019 I have transferred Rs 770 to Mr Manjunath (receiver) the money from my ICICI BANK got debited but the money didn't get credited in Mr Manjunaths account the application says under process it is 10 working days since the money got deducted from my ICICI BANK therefore i called many times to customer care they told me to submit the bank statement i have submitted my bank statement..now Google pay executive is asking me to get the Recivers bank statement which i can't get beause this transaction is person to person i don't know him also... The google pay executive are not bothered even we try to explain the problem says we will disconnect your call.. The executive are very rude Kindly do the needful MY Transaction no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
