Google India / Tez — transaction done on 19/12/2018 but till date i not received my money why you make me wait for my own money

My friend sent money to me rs 4500 through google tez on 19december but its not credited to my account its been 10 days. Its showing that its credited but in my bank statement its not. First it said it will take 3 days to send so i waited after 3 days and now how many days i want to wait for get this, it having so bad service i need this money urgently so i ask friend to send it urgent and see what i get?? Really shame on this service till date im waiting for it but its not credited to bank. Google transaction id : cicagkdismleyg and my bank account is in dena bank.
