Google India / Tez — transaction failed amount not yet refunded | |||
On 5 th may my ixigo train booking transaction failed. Amount got debited from my axis account and till now it's not yet refunded. Contacted ixigo they cleared their part and said they didn't receive any payment.in google pay (Tez) i checked the transaction details and is shown amount paid to ixigo and also shows "in dispute". It's been more than 10 days and not yet received the payment. There is no update from google pay as of now. Please kindly look into the issue. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
