Ixigo — payment deducted but no booking confirmation

While booking a flight I made the payment from my UPI app but after that it took me to the app's Home Page. There was no notification or message from Ixigo but the amount has been deducted from my account.
I couldn't find any customer helpline no. The only thing provided was an email address.
I have sent a mail with snapshot of my payment details but I'm still waiting for a reply. Required to book this on an urgent basis.
Can I please get a quick resolution to this?...

Ixigo — not getting refund from cancelled ticket.

I have book a flight ticket on 26 october 2019 and cancelled it on after 20 minutes airline company refund it to ixigo company but after 15 days no refund is processed and not giving proper resolution. Iam so much fed with this type of services from company. I have talked in customer care and mailed it several times but no one is proper resolution. Pls do the needful.

Ixigo — refund of my train ticket booking

I booked my train tickets one week ago from ixigo app, and there went some technical issue and my money deducted from my account and i dint receive the tickets, so i have not yet received my refund of amount rs-6817, my booking id: ixitr[protected], please help me with this issue as there is none other way to contact ixigo app related issue, i have tried alot even searching online...

Hello. I tried to book my train ticket through the ixigo app. The app prompted me that i can pay using the upi id. But after the transaction and after the money has been deducted, the app did not recognize that payment has been done. It remained in the previous page. There is also no transaction history in the app or any failed payment history to help me apply for a refund. I have attached a picture of the transaction. Kindly do the needful and refund the sum as soon as possible. Thanks....

I tried to book a train ticket using the app from dindigul to Chennai but after the payment (which I had done using my upi id) the page did not load and detucted. The money has not been refunded nor is the ticket booked. I checked with the railways the money is stick with ixigo. I have also not received any email regarding this.I request you to look into this and refund the sum thanks. I have attached a picture of the transaction....

Made booking payment through upi, but ixigo did not complete the payment in app. Bank statement shows the amount to be debited.
There is no failed booking info in the app to raise a refund complaint.
-your services are good when it comes to booking tickets etc., but it's really frustrating that there is no actual person we can talk to when there is such a situation.

Ixigo prompted to upi app for approval, i switched to upi app and approved the transaction, then i opened the ixigo app, but it appeared as if i am entered this app newly. No train tickets are booked, no confirmation of payment, nothing has been done. Amount deducted is rs.313.68/- on 11.11.19. Please either book my tickets or refund the money asap...

[protected] anvt to cnb with order id ixitr[protected] as i had already talked to irctc customer care in response they had already initiated my refund but it's still not reflecting in my account, return my refund as soon as possible or i have to take legal actions...

I was booking a train ticket through ixigo app and it sent me a upi request towards the booking amount for the train ticket, my booking was ongoing and i approved the upi request and immediately everything on ixigo app regarding the booking disappeared and i was left with nothing. Ixigo says it is only a search engine, then why would a search engine accept money towards its own account "[protected]@axisbank". I want my refund asap....

On 3rd November 2019, i was booking a ticket from bangalore to secunderabad when i opted for UPI payment and paid an amount of Rs 5101.87/- . Transaction was successfull and money got debited but when i returned to ixigo app. App crashed and it refreshed where i lost the booking window and it failed. On 31 oct i was traveling from jaipur to delhi with my friend. During travel operator was changed my bus as well as not drop us on time due to that we are not able to reach on exam centre on time. Then now who is responsible for that and who will pay for that an student or the medium ixigo or the bus operator. Bus timing for drop at karol bagh at 10:45 but they drop us at iffco chowk at 11:00 and they dont have facility of transport for karol bagh drop. Result is we are not reached on time for exam. My friends admit card i am attached below...

I want to know that till when we will get refund?
This type of incidence causes difficulty to consumer due to blockage of money.

On 29/10/2019 i tried to book rail tickets on ixigo app from vadodara to pune, all procedures complete, payment done but i don’t get tickets.
Request you to cancel my transaction and refund my paid amount. I attached screenshots of my transactions.
I tried to book twice both time same thing happened. How we can relying on such applications....

I made two transactions for booking from howrah to jasidih & jasidih to barauni tickets from ixigo and chose gpay for payment but ticket was not booked but in gpay statement its showing "transaction with ixigo successful". Debited amount - 3250.4, date and time : 01 nov 2019, 06:45am, upi transaction id[protected]. And 1800.40, date and time :01 nov 2019, 08:22 am, upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction.. Kindly refund the full amount....
