I Tushar Kumar booked ticket from DTO to JBP on 13 Dec 2018 but after getting directed for payment and money (₹888.49) deducted from my account i didn't receive any ticket and ixigo app redirected me to its home screen please provide me refund you are not even concern regarding your customers. It was my fault that i trusted your application i have seen many complains of yours plz provide refund. As soon as possible...

Hi sir

I am new in ixigo

I am working in first time

My irctc account is new.
I am complain in irctc but his give me response your user name is not valid

Ixigo is not give me transaction id and no have any notifications

Ixigo — not providing correct status of train

Trim no 12562 scheduled to arrive jaynagar on 11-12-18 was late by 5 hours.. This train arrived jaynagar around 1:00 am on 12-12 but all the apps including ixigo was shown my that train has arrived at 12:30 am.
My parents were coming by that train and i was tensed that what happened to them that they are not yet arrived home.. I had noticed a lot of times this problem in this region.. Shameless.....

I have tried to book a train ticket from madgoan to calicut, the amount has deducted from the bank account but ticket confirmation page has not loaded. Finally there is no ticket history. The amount is not refunded yet. Kindly resolve. Providing below the message of amount deduction from icici bank.

Ixigo — money not reefunded

I had booked railway ticket from sguj to rjpb (Siliguri to patna) on 3rd december but i cancelled it. However my transaction was complete and rs1892.49 was deducted from my account. The booking was failed but i was assured that my money would be refunded back to my account wiyhin 7 days. However the status is still processing and its the 8th day! Kindly take necessary steps to refund my money at the earliest since i urgently want it.

All payments completed. No ticket received till

Sir i wad trying for rail tickeks for 2 adults from secunderabad to kopargaon 2 ac.1040 per person. Since i was trying again and again 3 times the amount is deducted from my account. Because there was no confirmations for first time i was trying again again.in the end i got a message that there's no confirmed tickets. But my 3 times amount is been deducted so its a request to see for further enquiries....

I have booked a flight via ixigo. Due to some emergency i had to cancel the flight. Ixigo has booked the flight with partner yatra. Yatra has already refunded the money to ixigo 2 days back and it was supposed to be credited to ixigo wallet before 24 hours. But ri didnot recieve the refund to the ixigo wallet yet. It is more than 72 hours now. Please process it asap...

But in my account ixigo deduct the money and they told me that will be credited with in 5days but not refund the money... I try to contact.. In the recent past i have done several bookings through ixigo app on my registered mobile number[protected] and all of them shot back with failed booking messages. Ixigo took inordinately long to refund the money. I did the bookings successfully on my laptop. The latest in the list is the pending refund for again a failed booking to kakinada vide id:ixitr[protected] for rs. 480.49 0n[protected] and the refund "initiated" is yet to come....

I tried booking a train two weeks ago from your app which was unsuccessful for no reason. A message was received saying that refund will be sent in 5 days. But it is still not received even after two weeks. This kind of undesirable behaviour was never expected from a company like you.

I want you to provide the refund as soon as possible. Find the details from screen shot attached....

Payment was done but booking is not...
How will i get my refund ????
LE TRAVENEUS TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD HELPLINE IS ALSO NOT ACTIVE.
I don't know why there is so much inconvenience to the customer ...

I was booked a ticket from gaya to howra on 23 nov 2018 by ixigo mobile app. But due to problem in my irct account ticket was not conformed & rs 300 was deducted from my account.
My booking id was ixitr[protected]
So, i request u to refund my money to my account soon.

I booked ticket from hyderabad to tirupati for travel date 27/11/18 and return on 28/11/18. However, my payment has been deducted for inr 8, 887 but ticket is not generated. It was booked through ixigo and through cleartrip. Once the payment is deducted, it took me to cleartrip homepage but no ticket still
Ensure my money is returned on priority. Tried calling cleartrip and their automated voice call doesnt allow me to speak to their customer care without tripid.
Trip id is not generated...

Ixigo — wrong information about position of coaches

Yesterday when i reached habib ganj railway station to see off my wife at platform no.1, i reached for coach b1, the coach in which reservation was there. The ixigo app installed in my device showed that coach b1 was 7th from end while it actually was 6th from engine. Because of this wrong information i had to rush for the coach very hurriedly, with all luggage that made me breathless and i nearly escaped any untoward incident. Therefore the indian railways is requested to look into the matter and take action against such websites under intimation to me....

I was told that i would be given a coupon of 1000 which i can use in my ticket which had an issue but the coupon given to me cannot be applied on that ticket and can be used in future but i have no plans as such in future and wanted to do this now and since i will have to rebook my flight so coupon was necessary for me as i could have used it now. And as i am a student it is very difficult for me to book a ticket twice and so it was promised to me that i will be getting a coupon worth 1000. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed as i did not recieve what was told....
