Air ticket booking

Address: Bangalore

I have booked a return flight ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore and back to Bhubaneswar for 31st January 2026 and 1st February 2026. PNR No. RDC1GE.

I choose direct flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar, but when I made the payment I got the ticket with 1 stop journey ticket via hyderabad that I did not choose at all.

I am surprised to see these kind of changes without even asking for this....

Refund against PNR no. SME1YE (Indigo flight dated 04.12.2025)

Dear Sir,
I booked flight for Varanasi to Chennai for travel date 04.12.2025 and my PNR no. was SME1YE. Unfortunately the flight was cancelled and after enquiring the Airline (Indigo), it has been confirmed by them that full amount was refunded to Ixigo on 06.12.2025 vide GST Credit Note no. UP2252612AC80590.
However, I have not received the amount till date.
You are requested to kindly refund the amount to me...

Amount Deducted but Train Booking Unsuccessful Refund Not Received

I attempted to book a train ticket on 12 December 2025 at 10:44 PM using my ixigo account (+91 [protected]). The payment was made via UPI from SBI, account holder David Owusu an amount of 809 Rupees

Payment details:

Although the amount was successfully deducted, the booking failed, and no ticket was generated....

Regarding refund issue

I had book ticket in shipra express in 3AC from Gaya Jn to Indore Jn on 12 nov-2025 under 3X refund. I had paid RS900 more than actual rate of IRCTC for confirmation, but ticket was not confirmed aa& i also not getting 3X money as per commitment.

Zee Thai hostel fake information

Address: 258/1 wisutkasat road, Pranakorn, Phra Nakhon ,Bangkok,10200

I had booked the zee Thai hostel, Thailand on 3 November to 7 November 2025 through ixigo. Booking ID IH[protected] . When i visited the Zee Thai hostel showing washroom doors are broken and Tiles were not their. Washroom are very old and purposely put the dark lights to not make video and photos. when i ask for the locker they said go and purchase the lock from7/11 shop. Locker was not available. air condition machine was not there....

Booking of ticket was failed

I was booking a flight from Varanasi to Chennai on 03rd November 2025 for 05th November 2025 having flight number 6E 6044 through IXIGO app. Payment had been deducted from the credit card two times and they had converted into EMI but flight was not booked in those two transactions. Flight ticket cancelation

I booked flight ticket on 30th October round trip hyderabad to kochi (15th Nov) and kochi to hyderabad(16th Nov). Actually my return date was 17th November by mistake i booked 16th of november.

With in one hour i cancelled my return ticket through INDIGO airline customer care. They told that they gave full refund to source of booking.
but in your app didn't give full reffund. Main thing is there is no proper customer...

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a refund for a flight booking made through your platform. My mother was scheduled to travel from Kolkata to Pune on Flight QP1562 (Akasa Air) on 6th July 2025. Unfortunately, after boarding, the flight was cancelled due to a bird strike.

Complain regarding no information of ticket booking after payment

I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 9 June at 11:05 am and during payment via upi mode my payment was successful of amount 6418 inr through UPI to ixigo.[protected]@icici but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history.

Refund not refunded even though ixigo claims "refund successful"

Ixigo says by giving an ARN number that refund has been successful but I have not received any refund. I contacted ICICI bank and they told me they cannot check ARN number. I was supposed to get the refund amount by yesterday 1st of June. I have not received any refund.
