Google India / Tez — transaction (mobile recharge) taking too much time to process

On 8 december, 2019 i recharged my bsnl sim with 548 rs data pack via google pay but the transaction is taking too much time and the recharge still hasn't been processed.
Kindly make them process the recharge or return my money as soon as possible.
I'll be thankful.
I'm attaching the required screenshots.
