GOOGLE Nexus 4 — NEXUS 4 soft keys not working

Hi All, I have also encountered the same problem of SOFT KEYS NOT WORKING 4 days back and since my mobile is not under warranty LG service centre has told me to pay 5200 Rs for the touch screen. Can you please post my complaint for the google nexus 4 LG mobile because I am not ready to pay such a big amount for such an expensive mobile. Also this is not a problem caused by phone damage, I have seen people complaining about the same problem. This is the defect of nexus 4. So I need an immediate solution for this. Its hardly been 14 months for my mobile. Please advise.
