Google*kay Richey — fraud google

Google is attempting transaction through Debit card. Google is attempting this transaction without my permission and I do not understand why Google is treated so special by Bank and RBI and gets account debited even without OTP.
Google is doing fraud. transaction attempt I have blocked the card to get out of the problem.
