Dear Sir, I have ordered a mobile hand set ( Order ID S82885) of 2999 Rs From goshoppo.in on 22/01/2019, 3.45 PM, When I have mailed to their Customer Service([protected]@gmail.com) for status of order, they have not given any reply, Payment is taken through razorpay.com (Payment Id: pay_Bn3CQzVLUJBwFGgateway .) their customer care no. [protected] is also not working, they have given address of New Delhi-110034, Attached herewith photo of mail received from goshoppo.in about order confirmation, and mail from razorpay.com about payment pl take action to refund the money. BUT TODAY I GOT A DUMMY SET.
I TRIED TO CONTACT THE NUMBER GIVEN BUT IT IS SWITCHED OFF MODE.
I TRIED TO CONTACT THROUGH EMAIL ALSO. BUT NO REPLY.
I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK
