My name is Teja Potakamuri and am a resident of Nuzvid Town and Mandal of Krishna District - Andhra Pradesh - 521201.
I am a CSC VLE situated at my home town.
on[protected], I have done a payment for new Driving License for a customer through Phonepay (UPI) and the payment got failed by getting amount deducted from my account and once again I have the payment and it got accepted.
So, I request the concerned authorities to refund the failed payment for which I am hereby submitting the Screenshots for the payment.
