its been a month but my card is not yet delivered

With my Aadhar authentication, I was applying for DL on AP RTA Citizen App, the process went fine until payment success and amount got deducted. But I see that the web application failed to complete my DL application process. So I lost my money but I could not complete DL application.

Please help me refund my money back.

I've done the payment through Paytm Payments Bank with the UPI reference[protected] and Payment ID[protected]PayUmoney)

on[protected], I have done a payment for new Driving License for a customer through Phonepay (UPI) and the payment got failed by getting amount deducted from my account and once again I have the payment and it got accepted.
So, I request the concerned authorities to refund the failed payment for which I am hereby submitting the Screenshots for the payment.

While applying for LLR I have paid total amount of Rs.410 through phonepe by scanning the BharathQR provided while paying, after that i have waited for 30min but the page is not going anywhere and now its showing that the application process is failed.

I was applying for DL on AP RTA epragathi site, the process went fine until payment success and amount got deducted. But I see that payment failure and your transaction could not processed error came. So I lost my money and i had done repayment at second time.

Please help me refund my money back.

I made payment through the *Scan Barcode* presented in the RTO Website. My money got deducted but the application submission failed. There is no response from your side. Amount: 960 Rupees

Dear PayU

I have tried paying on APRTA for an LLR which is Rs. 410.
I opted for an UPI Payment and I did choose to scan and pay.
I did scan and did needed on my Banking application where amount is debited.

I waited for the web page to redirect it self as it shows not to reload or close the PayU window which popped up. I waited more than 5 minutes and tried redirecting and it shows as transaction failure on the website but my account is debited with the amount shown.

I have the payment done again thru Net banking which is successful.
Please help with the error and to get my debited money back which may be stuck unnecessarily.
