My connection CAN No.[protected], at HMWSS is showing disconnect, this has been done by their mistake and we have already paid the total amount along with connection charges, which is done more than six months ago, after regular follow up to their related office at chandanagar and to the area office at miyapur, they accepted that it is their staff mistake, that he has not informed to change in the files regarding the penalty collect under reconnection. Still our account shows as disconnection, payment is showing (-5578).
I am afraid that, after some time alofasudden if they come and ask with huge bill including reconnection, we will be in trouble. we request them to take
action, but they give different names to contact and inform about my problem.
Hence, I request to take immediate action in this regard and see this is solved.
