Govt has a portal for public complaint i.e. www.pgportal.gov.in Our P.M had been giving instruction to all deptts to resolve public complaints but unfortunately due to the age old attitude of the officials complaints are not resolved . They try to be fool complainants by giving some casual reply and close the matter. 1) I am 76 and my wife 74 . I had complained that in spite of having reservation ticket for one lower and one upper berth in 2nd Ac when we boarded the train we found both the berths upper. In spite of several reminder every time they explain berth allotment policy and never look into the actual complaint. 2) In spite of Gujarat High court order that income tax refund should be made on the basis of TDS certificates, I am not getting it as it is not matching wit AS26.
