Dear Sir,
We are experiencing pathetic service at one of your outlets in sec 12, Khrghar, Navi Mumbai. First the timings when the outlet is open or close is not mentioned. And when a customer parks his car and goes in with lot of difficulty as it was raining we are told that prodiuct can not be delivered though the staff was there and all the lights were in full glow. When asked why the shutters are not closed then no proper reply is given and saleswoman and sales guy replies very rudely.
Also, on second occasion when we asked the same saleswoman to deliver the product of worth Rs 600/- to our home which is just in front of your outlet then the lady behaved very rudely and ultimately product also was denied by her on the context that no delivery boy is ready to do the delivery.
The above is to bring to your kind notice and expect a drastic improvement in your service standard.
