Worst quality of paneer. While eating if was giving foul smell. I spent 100/- for a unhealthy and degraded quality of gowardhan paneer.

I purchased gowardhan gold cow milk from dmart kanjurmarg, mumbai.
Packet of 1 litre milk found to be adulterated. Following is the batch number - 10 oct. 19 v q x 5.
I request for full refund. I am regular buyer of this product. If such things are happening, then i will lost my faith and choose another brand permanent. O request for full refund and request you to take care of such things not happening on future. This thing has also made me to take efforts for logging complaint. It's really bad to see package does not contain any complaint number or customer care.

Dear Sir, We are experiencing pathetic service at one of your outlets in sec 12, Khrghar, Navi Mumbai. First the timings when the outlet is open or close is not mentioned. And when a customer parks his car and goes in with lot of difficulty as it was raining we are told that prodiuct can not be delivered though the staff was there and all the lights were in full glow. When asked why the shutters are not closed then no proper reply is given and saleswoman and sales guy replies very rudely. Also, on second occasion when we asked the same saleswoman to deliver the product of worth Rs 600/- to our home which is just in front of your outlet then the lady behaved very rudely and ultimately product also was denied by her on the context that no delivery boy is ready to do the delivery. The above is to bring to your kind notice and expect a drastic improvement in your service standard. regards

In our nearby shop, the Gowardhan fresh milk cost is being charged at 19 Rupees for 500ml whereas the MRP on the milk bag is 16 rupees. As per the last news. cow milk is supposed to be cost at 17 rupees for 500ml. There is a difference of 2 Rupees for 500ml milk, Why is this difference? We stay in Thane. Shop from where we buy the milk is Puja Grocery Stores, Patlipada, Ghodbunder road, Thane West. MH 400607. The same is the case in the neighbor shop and close vicinity. Please take a note of it and take appropriate action against this shop owner.
